About
Contract landmen and ROW agents spend too much time hunting for the next project. Jobs get posted across a dozen career sites. The real early signal is a PUC docket order, an RRC construction notice or a FERC filing, and land people rarely watch those.
ROW Work Radar puts it on one page. Each week we log Texas linear projects (pipelines, transmission, renewables, highways) as they move toward acquisition. We note who's staffing them when that's public and collect open land and ROW jobs. Then we send it all in one Monday email.
Where the data comes from
- Public Utility Commission of Texas CCN dockets (e.g., 765 kV cases 59315, 59029, 59336, 59182, 59475)
- Railroad Commission of Texas: PS-48 New Pipeline Construction Reports and T-4 permits
- FERC dockets and the Federal Register for interstate projects
- Operator project sites and news reports
- Public career pages (Lever, Greenhouse, Workday, firm sites)
- Tips from people in the field, verified before publishing
Every row links its source. Stages are our summary of the source. Check the source before you act. Nothing here is legal advice.
